Thinking of Spring

Although recent weather has been winter-like, I'm thinking of spring. It was last year, April 10, that I captured this picture at Brookside Gardens in Silver Spring, MD, http://www.mc-mncppc.org/parks/brookside/. This location has wonderful plants and scenery for ideas for textile compositions (but of course, I have not turned any of these ideas into reality, have I now?). This year's spring trip to Brookside is starting to call me. So are ideas for starting a new quilt.
