As I watered plants outside my back door, I suddenly noticed that a deer was staring at me from the fence line in my backyard. I had seen this deer in my yard more than a week ago and it had not scurried away at the sight of me. In fact, there was only about 30 feet of distance between us as I sat on a chair under the trees, keeping still, watching it. Today it rested, ensconced in a spot between the fence and a tree, behind the azalea bushes, for about 30 minutes before it disappeared.
For me, quilting and textile compositions are the ultimate tension tamers.
Two cats and one wonderful man.
Too many cars, but not able to part with them.
