Feeling that Lines #8 needed more color, I initially attempted to add an orange strip of fabric to the left side and almost immediately nixed that idea! It had a tacked-on feel, as with a home addition not fitting with the original design. Instead, during my sleepless night last night, I decided that the ribbons in the piece need to be brought back out, this time with burnt sienna/orange. So that's pretty much what has been done here. I'm liking it more, but now I think that it needs more blue paint. So, no, it's not finished, decidedly. And I'm really liking painting fabric--really!

Yes that definitely is an improvement. I'm sure it is even more beautiful in real life. It is hard to photograph the glow.
