This is the color version of the b&w I posted earlier. It's not exactly the same as the b&w, as I completely changed the bottom light blue line. Although I did not intend to change the other lines, they appear different in the color version. I'd say that I actually like the b&w version better. The next step is quilting this 12x12 small piece, and then painting it. The quilting step is tedious, as there will be a lot of free-motion stitching. The painting will be exciting, but intimidating. I'm not attached to this one yet--it has not grown on me. That will happen, hopefully, as it becomes what it wants to be.Monday, May 26, 2008
Lines #8 in Color

you are truly very artistic. I love the colors. I am wondering does the white stay or is that part of your preliminary set-up. RAchie
The white lines to which you refer are actually blue. The blue fabric looks quite blue without the brown, but the brown lightens the blue quite a bit.
