Inchies #6 and STOP ME!

Posted by PicasaWith Inchies #6, I know that I must resist making another set of these. But making these is so compelling! So pretty and so quickly put together, and so fun to share with others. So this set is made from scrap light pink linen, with salmon linen pieces overlayed. And since I tried Misty Fuse again, which was the top layer and was tacky again, I had to put a layer of black (only color in my stash) chiffon on the very top so that I could handle it. The chiffon makes the pink look more like gray, but I'll have to live with it. I think I'll get some beads to add, as I find that beads really make these appealing. The yellow top stitching in combination with the salmon is lovely. With my Nancy Crow workshop one week away, I really must STOP MAKING THESE and get on with immediate matters! OK, I make this commitment to you: With this set I will stop (after the beading is done!).
