The quilt design is June Jaeger's "Forever Sisters", a pattern that I purchased online from Pairie Girls Quilt Shop. The fabrics are all batiks which I collected over time from local quilt shops, most from Capital Quilts in Gaithersburg. I like the applique of the riders in the batik shown in the picture. Mom's fabric choice for the applique arrived today, and although it is a beautiful batik, it tends toward gray blue. It will be used for a different project. Click on picture for larger image.
